The Four Distributor Levels

1) The Wholesale
Distributor:
At this level, you are expressing a serious level of commitment
to your business and will order large quantities of stock either
for your customers, or for smaller distributors in your region.
You will develop distribution chains and resellers in your
region. Now, at present, since this is the actual launch of this
program, we have not defined any regions, nor imposed any
restrictions on where these may or may not be. This will be, we
expect, an organic process that develops via the initiative of
the Wholesale Distributor. |

Benefits:
a. majority of retail profits will be passed on to the
distributor;
b. shipping cost per unit will also be considerably lower;
c. make more profit on the sale of our product than we do;
d. a new, secured section of our website just for our
distributors;
e. with product information;
f. an ordering system; and
g. discussion forum for distributors to discuss product
ideas.
To qualify for this level, we expect you to make a real commitment to purchase stock in considerable quantities. |

2) The Distributor:
At this level, you are also
expressing a serious level of commitment to your business and
will order large quantities of stock for your customers and
other networks in your region. You will develop distribution
chains and resellers in your region. In some ways, this level is
the same as the Wholesale Distributor, with the main
distinction being the quantity of stock purchased. In this
regard, depending on the size of the order, your discount may
vary between those offered at either level. Now, like the
Wholesale Distributor, at present we have not defined any
regions, nor imposed any restrictions on where these may or may
not be. This will be, we expect, an organic process that
develops via the initiative of the Distributor. |

3) The Direct Reseller:
At this level, you will most likely run your own parts business and will want to order stock directly from
the wholesaler for your business.
You will purchase and then resell this stock within your own distribution chain in your region.
Now, like the other levels of distribution, we have not defined any regions, nor imposed any restrictions on where these may or may not be.
This will be, we expect, an organic process that develops via the initiative of the Direct Reseller. |

To qualify for this level, we do expect you to make a
limited commitment to purchase stock, however, you may qualify for higher level discounts if you
increase your quantities. |
